Modular deburring concept
ERNST presents its new modular deburring technology at this years Euroblech called ATLAS and NEPTUN. The single processes like deburring, edge-rounding, oxid-removal, (both sides at once) as well as surface grinding are integrated in single modules. These can be combined according to the customers needs. At the same time it is possible to integrate further modules later on. This technology is available both in dry as well as wet deburring technology. Due to this, not only processing of steel, stainless and aluminum in a single machine is possible, but also the processing of oiled parts.
